Key Job Functions:
Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on regular basis through personal networking, farming etc.
Actively be involved in the sale of residential/commercial properties on behalf of owners.
Follow proper documentation process for every transaction and make sure the compliance is met always.
Stay in constant touch with the Line Manager to update him about all ongoing transactions and seek his help to improvise.
Arranging appointment with the company’s in-house photographer to take latest and clear pictures of the property in order todo a good listing advertisement.
Always stay informed about the Real Estate market trends and be familiar about the current pricing for rental as well as sale value of a property, especially in your area of specialization.
Stay focused in your area of specialization and constantly think of ideas to obtain more listings.
Estimate the current market price and suggest a reserve or minimum selling price list details of land or buildings for sale and arrange for the advertising of properties with the marketing team.
Assess buyers' or tenants needs and locate properties for their consideration.
Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sale and up-sale to make sure clients are never left without any option.
Take prospective buyers/tenants to inspect properties and advise them on merits of properties and terms of sale.
Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, and participation in multiple listing services.
