About the job:
We are looking for Customer Service Representative with natural flair of delivering unforgettable service to premium passengers travelling with Qatar Executive at Hamad International Airport. This includes the feeling that the journey has been memorable throughout and be able to constantly and consistently meet / surpass the needs of the passengers.
You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the ground handling operation. You will also adhere to the safety policy and security standards of the company at any time
Applicants must have warm, cheerful and expressive personality, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and can generously be patience with different passengers coming from different walks of life.
Specific accountabilities include:
Liaising with customers and their representatives in an extraordinary manner to ensure premium first class service.
Liaising with Ground handling team (General Aviation) to ensure a seamless operation.
Responsible for ensuring the aircraft has received all services requested.
Provide Lounge services to passengers, crew and representatives
Organise baggage screening and processing with Porters
Liaise with Ministry of Interior (MOI) and Security to ensure safe, effective and secure processing of VIP passengers.
Ensuring all areas of the FBO are safe, organised and of an exceptional standard.
Adhere to Ramp Safety whilst performing duties airside.
Answering telephones and emails as required.
Co-ordinate with all concerned senior on duty inside and outside the organisation in case of any emergency
About you:
To be effective in this role, you will need a trade or vocational qualification or equivalent combined with a minimum of 3-4 years of job-related experience in an aviation, airline or as Passenger Handling and /or Ground Operations staff, with a good knowledge of the Business jet working environment. You will be an energetic, enthusiastic, stress resistant person with a positive can-do attitude, a strong team player, have a flexible approach, have strong decision making skills and possess solid commercial awareness. You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment is essential.
Must be willing to work shifts including weekends and night shifts.
Fluency in English (Oral and written ) is essential for this role. Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
