Hamad International Airport (HIA) is the hub for the rapidly expanding international Qatar Airways network. Open 24/7 and located just five km from Doha’s city centre, the airport is used by more than 35 regional and international airlines. It is also home to the world’s only terminal dedicated to Qatar Airways First and Business Class passengers.
About Your Job:
You will support and supervise the Customer Service Team to ensure they continuously provides 5 star services to all the passengers and adhere to safety policy and security standards of the company.
This role will ensure that we offer the highest levels of service delivery to all passengers utilizing the airport by ensuring and
keeping in line with the seamless and convenient world-class experience we want to deliver to all customers and the role is for outgoing and detail-oriented personalities who are passionate about service delivery. The main duties are but not limited to; answering customer queries, giving directions, pro-actively look for possible improvement and conveying a positive image of the airport.
You will be responsible for gathering comprehensive customer service feedback data and present to the Manager Quality Assurance and Customer Service in a timely fashion.
About You:
Essential:
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
Minimum 3 years in customer facing role.
Experience of providing high customer service.
Demonstrate use of proven technics to achieve continous improvment.
Preferred:
University Degree in Business discipline / Hotel / Hospitality management
Basic aviation rules and regulations knowledge.
Good knowledge of principles, practices, methods and techniques of airport terminal operations.
Good knowledge of principles, practices, methods and techniques of monitoring and forecasting. Specific Skills:

A good standard of spoken and written English language skills.
Demonstrates a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
The initiative to work independently.
A good standard of IT literacy.
Strong administrative skills.
