Torespond to phone, email, in-person inquiries and to provide customer serviceassistance to participants and potential participants.
Requirements
High School education; Diploma is an advantage
2-5 years of relevant full-time customer service experience
Good organization skills and attention to detail
Very good interpersonal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Basic proficiency in MS Office applications
Description
Pre-screen potential participants in accordance with qualifying criteria; maintain confidentiality of participant information to identify their eligibility to participate
Provide timely and accurate information to registered participants
Book appointments for participants and make pre-appointment reminder calls in both Arabic and English to minimize no-shows and cancellations
Perform administrative support and general office duties. Register the participants on the booking system
Maintain a comfortable front office environment to meet a high level of participants’ satisfaction
Greet visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct or escort to specific destinations
Use the telephone system to answer, screen or forward calls; to provide information on QBB program
Maintain solid customer service relationships by handling questions and concerns with accuracy & professionalism
Collect information and maintain an efficient filing and record management system
Help enter daily tracking and statistical data on appointments booked, appointment no-shows, cancellations, and other requested key indicators into a spreadsheet
Help carry out monthly statistical analysis on participation data, including demographics, and how to identify trends
Help other administrative staff with overflow work in order to ensure smooth administrative operations and promote a culture of teamwork
Send messages ( SMS)/emails to the participants for registration and receiving medical reports
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
