Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC) – An Award-winning catering company, provides exclusive catering services to Qatar Airways and other airlines that service Hamad International Airport.
About Job:
You as Customer Services Coordinator will be required to assist in operational objectives by contributing to the Customer Services department through preparation of action plans, implementing production productivity, quality, and customer-services standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Accountabilities:
Operational
Meets Customer Services financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget;scheduling expenditures: analysing variances: initiating corrective actions
Follows annual and gross- profit plans by developing annual sales quotas for regions: Achieving expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analysing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; monitoring costs,competition,supply,and demand
Contributes to accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing field sales action plans
Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses, forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits;exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities
Additional Accountability
Customer Relation: High level of customer oriented approach, flexibility to meet ever increasing demands of customer. Ability to understand and action new demand or requirement
Generate daily, weekly sales report with projected areas of growth and possible improvement
Analyse trend and update department head on areas of concern and devise suitable plan to overcome
Management & Leadership
Ensure meticulous planning and setting up a flawless administrative system in place to achieve effective communication both oral and written
Will maintain excellent relation with internal & external customers to ensure proper flow of vital information
Follow Marketing & sales strategy to achieve budgeted sales
Administrative responsibility includes storage and dissemination of information at all important levels
Development
Personal training in sales and negotiation skills
Develop trade skills of studying market trend and its application to Qatar Aircraft Catering Company (QACC)
Operational Safety
Ensure full awarnesss of work health and safety requirements and expectations in order to minimise health and safety risks for self and colleagues
Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, security,quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the operation to guarantee employee safety, security, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality service with a responsible environmental attitude

Trade or vocational Qualification
Preferred
Diploma in Sales & Marketing
Diploma in Office Administration
Previous Experience
Experienced- minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
Experience of working in Sales & Marketing field of hospitality industry
Preferred
Experience in a flight Catering industry
Job Specific Skills
Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Office, Power Point and Inter
